About our course
Back discomfort is rarely discussed as a complete, interconnected experience. Often, explanations focus on specific labels or technical terms, but they rarely address the bigger picture – why such changes happen at all. Why do shifts in comfort or mobility occur? Why do periods of ease sometimes give way to unexpected tension or stiffness? For decades, daily movement might feel effortless and almost unnoticed, like the constant flow of air we breathe – because it is so natural.
And suddenly something appears in life, to which we are now painfully looking for an explanation and devote all our time.
Back Wellness Guide
It’s curious, but clear explanations are rarely given, as if the phenomenon itself is a mystery. Often it’s described as happening “without a clear reason.” That sounds great, but what does it actually mean? How did it arise? Changes in back well-being can affect daily routines, making movement feel unpredictable and requiring extra attention when organizing life and activities. Just like that – this topic becomes the main focus in life.
Isn't it because there's this persistent sense that the approach comes from the wrong angle — and from the wrong level of understanding altogether – where this issue can't truly be addressed?
Why does it feel like it is possible to improve back well-being, even after years of dealing with stiffness or tension?
The origin is not "physical"
An uncomfortable mattress is not the real source of back tension. A fall down the stairs with a ficus in hand is also not the underlying factor, although it can act as a trigger.
We explain why certain changes in the core support area aren’t just physical, and why physical methods alone may not fully address them. Our course shares clear insights into the patterns behind this process. Once understood, the concepts of our course can be applied to recognize changes in posture and movement, to see how they connect with everyday choices, and to guide a gradual return to balance, comfort, and ease.
Our course explains what is first, what is second.
<<Problems cannot be solved at the same level at which they arose>>
