The Back Wellness Course explores why changes in back well-being or mobility aren’t always reflected in measurements, why simple universal tips may fall short, and why the reasons behind them might be different than expected.

Many people have resigned themselves to relying on quick, short-term fixes, having to face a new reality to live in. When we ask someone why our core support area and body feel tight or tense, we might constantly hear different explanations that all fall under one category – “there’s no clear reason.” That doesn’t explain why, after years of moving freely, we suddenly notice aches and stiffness that reshape our daily routine.

This shift can lead us to spend more and more time searching for answers – reading and contacting different sources, trying new approaches to regain ease and confidence in movement. And here we are – from not thinking about it at all to dedicating all our time and effort to that topic.

About our course

According to the course authors, сhanges in back well-being may not be purely physical. We explain why physical approaches alone may not fully address this shift from confidence in movement to tension and aches.
Gaining balance becomes a natural process once the real factors behind it become clear. And finding them isn’t hard – if we don't expect outside fixes to solve what’s happening inside.
